Mechanical Testing
Static and dynamic testing at room and elevated temperatures are conducted in the mechanical testing laboratory. Our service does not include only testing results but also comparison to standard specifications and interpretations as well as extensive technical consultancy. We are specialised in performing testing of small samples from thin cast components.
Equipment
- ensile-Compression-Bending-Testing machines 50 kN and 200 kN with
equipment for testing at elevated temperatures up to 900°C - Laser extensometer for non-contact measurement of strain or compression on small test samples with equipment for testing at elevated temperatures up to 850°C
- High frequency resonance fatigue testing machines Rumul (2 x 20 kN and 1 x 100 kN) with equipment for testing at elevated temperatures up to 900°C
- Rotating bending fatigue testing machines 30 Nm with equipment for testing at elevated temperatures up to 500°C
Accredited Testing Procedures
